The 21st of March, Navruz is a festival of Persian cultural origins. For many communities and faiths around the world marks the coming of spring and is a celebration of the New Year.
Navruz, meaning new day, essentially celebrates the renewal of nature, of the earth particularly. This occasion brings peoples and families together, reaffirming a sense of unity and belonging. Most importantly, it symbolizes rejuvenation and transformation of life, for it revives hope for the future and brings happiness and renewal.
