To whom it may concern
Mr Nisar was attached to our operations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
from May - July 1995 under the "WorkAsia" scheme organized
by the Singapore International Foundation.
During this period, he provided market support to the Deputy General
Manager of Saigon Mobile Radio Network Centre which involved market
analysis of telecommunication services in Ho Chi Minh City, planning
market strategy, preparation of promotion tools and selling aids.
He demonstrated flexibility, maturity and good writing flair which
resulted in some excellent results. |
Although from a non-technical background, he proved that it was not
a barrier
for him to understand telecommunications. It was remarkable of him
to learn the operations of the service within a limited time span
and have a good grasp of its marketing mechanism.

He carried out his duties to everyone's satisfaction and was competent
in all tasks allocated to him. Although from a non-technical background,

On a personal level, Nisar was well liked by his colleagues and was
