and leads in this dark love story set in modern day Hollywood. Playing
Ari Rose, a failing actor who has difficulty telling reality from
surrealism. He meets Helen Catherine, Anne Parillaud of Nikita fame,
a stunning and beautiful woman. They meet each other regularly developing a unique obsessive relationship, however Ari unexpectedly kills her. He brings her home and finally has her all to himself. However, complications arise when she gets a major role. Meanwhile, he visits Dr Dark (Val Kilmer), a strange psychiatrist who tends to confuse rather than diffuse matters. Amusing at times watching Ari wine and dine with Helen, always dressed for the occasion, as she sits there dead and not moving. Watchable! |
